The Google app on Android now features a Notifications tab in the bottom bar, which has been rolling out progressively. The feed shows alerts sent by Google that have appeared as app notifications. It is organized in reverse-chronological order and includes current temperature, weather forecast, sports scores, word of the day, available TV shows/movies etc. Each alert includes when it was sent, with a tap taking you to the Search results page.
