Google has revamped the directions overview in Google Maps for Android, making it more user-friendly and space-efficient. The changes include:

• Emphasized Duration: The total trip duration is now split over two lines and enlarged to highlight this crucial information.
• Clearer Arrival Time: A new "Arrive hh:mm AM/PM" section displays the estimated arrival time prominently.
• Improved Density: The redesign reduces clutter by spreading out information more effectively across the screen.
• Prominent Distance and Details: Trip distance remains prominent, along with additional details such as toll fees and savings.

This update is part of version 25.13.06 of Google Maps for Android and is expected to roll out widely. The iOS version has not yet received this update.
