Google Messages has introduced a new "Your profile" page that allows users to customize how their name and profile picture are seen by others. The feature has three options for visibility: people you message, only your contacts, or no one. The profile sharing setting, previously known as Profile discovery, shares your name and photo with other Google Messages users after you send them a message. This feature is currently rolling out on the latest beta version of Google Messages.
