Google Phasing Out First-Gen Nest Aware in select regions this May

Google Ending Support for 1st Gen Nest Aware in Some Regions

- Nest Aware Plus: $15/month or $150/year for 60 days of event video history, 10 days of 24/7 history, intelligent alerts, and e911 in the US.

- Automatic Cancellation: Subscribers’ 1st gen Nest Aware will be automatically cancelled on May 1, 2025, with a prorated refund for any remaining time.
- Manual Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription before May 1, 2025.
- Download Content: Customers should download unsaved video clips in the Nest app as they will lose access to footage once the service is cancelled.
