Google Pixel 9a Leaks: Early 2025 Release, $499 Price Tag, and Impressive Specs

Google's budget-conscious Pixel 9a smartphone, set to release in 2025, is reportedly priced at $499 with a range of impressive specs including a 5,100 mAh battery and an optical fingerprint sensor.

A new report from Android Headlines reveals more details about the upcoming Pixel 9a smartphone, including an unchanged $499 price and full specs. The Pixel 9a is said to be powered by a Tensor G4 chip with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The display measures in at 6.285-inches and the cameras include a 48MP main camera from Samsung and a 13MP ultrawide camera from Sony which will also be used for a front-facing camera. The battery capacity is apparently 5,100 mAh with charging speeds of up to 23W wired but only 7.5W wireless. It runs on Android 15 out of the box.
