Google Resolves Pixel Weather Location Inconsistency, Enhancing Accuracy and User Experience

Summary
Google has addressed a location discrepancy issue in the Pixel Weather widgets and At a Glance feature on Pixel devices. Prior to the fix, tapping these widgets or the At a Glance section would open the Pixel Weather app with a more general location (e.g., 'Los Angeles') instead of the user's precise current location. This discrepancy was annoying for users who preferred to launch the weather app directly from the widget or At a Glance.
Solution
The latest updates to the Pixel Weather app, Google app, and At a Glance have resolved this issue. Now, both the widgets and At a Glance display the user's exact current location, which is also used within the Pixel Weather app itself. The weather forecast shown in these access points is now more accurate and consistent, eliminating the need to launch the app directly from the homescreen icon.
Impact
This fix improves the user experience by providing a more seamless and accurate weather update through the widgets and At a Glance feature. The change is currently available on devices running Android 15, but not yet on Android 16 Beta 3.1.
