Google Tasks App Receives a Redesign with Cards and Drops Bottom Bar
Google Tasks has rolled out a redesign with cards, dropping the bottom app bar and overhauling the main list interface.

Google has rolled out a redesign for its Tasks app, introducing cards and dropping the bottom app bar. The new design features active tasks at the top and completed ones in their own card section. The floating action button remains for adding new tasks while sorting options and overflow settings are moved to the top right corner of the interface. This redesign is available on Android (v 2024.08.05.x) but not iOS.
