The feature is not yet enabled but was found within a new framework called 'BatteryIntelligence' which will calculate the estimated time to recharge based on power input. The feature is not yet enabled but was found alongside others such as Genmoji and Image Playgrounds. When active, it would calculate estimated recharge time likely based on energy input received.
