iPhone 16 Pro Max Still in High Demand Five Weeks After Launch

The J.P. Morgan Apple Product Availability Tracker reveals that availability of the iPhone 16 range is gradually improving five weeks post-launch, but demand for the premium iPhone 16 Pro Max model remains high.
The tracker observed minor changes from the fourth week across all monitored regions, with lead times ranging from 3 to 29 days depending on the model and region. In particular, the iPhone 16 Pro Max's slower improvement indicates higher demand for this premium option.
In China, lead times reduced across the board. European availability saw some improvements for the base and Plus models but increases for the Pro and Pro Max in Germany. Generally, most variants of most models were available for in-store pick-ups in the US, UK, Germany, and China, although the iPhone 16 Pro Max was harder to obtain.
Overall, lead times for the iPhone 16 products are largely in line with those observed for the iPhone 15 series in previous years.
