- iPhone 16: 3561 mAh
- iPhone 16e: 3961 mAh
- iPhone 16 Pro: 3582 mAh
- iPhone 16 Pro Max: 4685 mAh
Comparatively, the iPhone 16e has a larger battery than both the base iPhone 16 and the previous generation iPhone 15 (3561 mAh) and iPhone 14 (3349 mAh). It also significantly outpaces the now-discontinued iPhone SE 3, which had only 2018 mAh.
Apple's official battery life estimates for the iPhone 16 lineup are as follows:
- iPhone 16: Up to 18 hours streaming video / 22 hours offline video
- iPhone 16e: Up to 21 hours streaming video / 26 hours offline video
- iPhone 16 Pro: Up to 22 hours streaming video / 27 hours offline video

Engadget and MKBHD have confirmed the iPhone 16e's excellent battery performance, with Engadget noting that it can easily last over 24 hours on a single charge. The C1 chip, Apple’s first 5G modem, is credited for its energy efficiency, reducing power consumption by about 24% in high signal conditions and 17% in low signal conditions compared to the iPhone 16.
