iPhone 17 Series Set to Feature Advanced Cooling System for Enhanced AI Performance

Apple is reportedly planning significant hardware changes for the iPhone 17 lineup, particularly in heat dissipation technology, to support advancements in Apple Intelligence (AI). According to a rumor from Chinese tech site MyDrivers, all models of the iPhone 17 will be equipped with vapor chamber (VC) heat sinks, enhancing their cooling capabilities. This is an upgrade from the graphite sheets currently used and potentially more comprehensive than what Ming-Chi Kuo previously predicted for only the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The enhanced cooling system aims to address the increased thermal demands of advanced AI features expected in future iPhones. While MyDrivers has a limited track record with Apple rumors, the likelihood of such changes is high given the growing importance of AI in Apple's product strategy.
