iPhone 17 Slim: The Ultra-Slim iPhone That Might Skip the Telephoto Camera

The rumored iPhone 17 Slim won't have a telephoto camera on the back, according to a report from TheElec about LG Innotek's investment into new camera module facilities. The cameras in the iPhone 17 will have better specifications, but the folded zoom of the telephoto lens will only be available in the two Pro models. The non-Pro versions, including the rumored iPhone 17 Slim, Fold, or Air, are expected to get a combo of two lenses consisting of an ultra-wide lens and a standard wide version. Due to production challenges and limited space with just a 6mm thickness, it is speculated that Apple could include just one camera in the model.
