iPhone SE 3 Reimagined: The Unlikely Fusion of iOS and a Nokia Lumia 1020

Impressive Hardware Mod Showcases an iPhone SE 3 in the Body of a Windows Phone
A unique and intriguing hardware mod has been showcased on r/hackintosh, where an iPhone SE 3's internals have been transplanted into the body of a Nokia Lumia 1020. The project retains all critical components from the iPhone SE 3, including the 12MP rear camera, taptic engine, Touch ID sensor, SIM card tray, flash, and even 5G capabilities. The Lumia 1020's distinctive design elements have also been preserved, such as the placement of the Touch ID sensor on the back and the inclusion of a camera shutter button, which now functions as a second volume down button for taking photos.
The mod is particularly notable because it successfully combines the modern functionality of an iPhone with the unique aesthetics of a defunct Windows Phone. The Lightning port has been integrated, offering an upgrade over the original microUSB. Despite these impressive modifications, the headphone jack remains one of the few casualties in this project.
This creative endeavor demonstrates the potential for repurposing old devices and maintaining their aesthetic charm while bringing them up to modern standards.
