Kernel Update Simplifies Movie Hunting with AI-Powered Search and One-Click Streaming

The app Kernel, a tool for discovering which streaming service hosts certain TV shows and movies, has received a significant update that introduces Kernel AI along with other new features. This version of the app is designed to help users find movies or TV shows by describing them rather than needing to remember their names, thanks to its AI capabilities. The process involves toggling on the AI feature in the search tab, giving a description of the media content, and having the correct title suggested. Once identified, users can access streaming information and even launch directly into the relevant app for immediate playback with just one tap. To fund these enhancements, Kernel now offers a subscription service for its AI feature at various pricing plans: $0.99 per week, $1.99 per month, or $15.99 annually. The update is currently available on the App Store.
