Lawsuit Alleging Apple Tricked Users into Paying for iCloud Space Dismissed

A potential class-action lawsuit against Apple regarding its 5GB free iCloud plan has been dismissed again after an appeal. The suit claimed the company tricked users into paying for additional iCloud storage by offering a tier that was 'virtually impossible' to adequately use, but judges in the US said plaintiffs hadn't made their case.
