Leaker Wars Heat Up: Jon Prosser Unveils New iOS 19 Redesign Details

Leaker Wars Escalate with Alleged iOS 19 Redesign by Jon Prosser
Wesley Hilliard | April 7, 2025
Leaker Jon Prosser claims to have access to a recent build of iOS 19 and has shared new design concepts through Front Page Tech. While previous leaks featured glassy elements that were criticized as outdated, this new leak brings the UI closer to Apple Vision Pro's visionOS.
Key Changes:
- Reflective Icons: The home screen app icons now have more-rounded squircle shapes with light reflection based on device tilt.
- TabView UI: Apps with tabs will feature more animations and floating bars, similar to the Dynamic Island.
- iMessage Search UI: A new pill-shaped search button at the bottom of the iMessage app.
- Settings Toggles: The Settings app has been updated with longer, skinnier toggle switches.
Mark Gurman, a well-known Apple analyst, remains skeptical, stating that the images are not representative. Prosser's leaks may continue to evolve leading up to WWDC 2025 on June 9.
