M4 MacBook Pro, Mac mini, and iMac shipping delays suggest imminent refresh
Apple's M3 MacBook Pro, Mac mini and iMac models are facing shipping delays ahead of anticipated refresh with M4 chips this month

Custom configurations of M3 MacBook Pro, M2 Mac mini, and M3 iMac are currently facing extensive shipping delays, with orders not arriving until nearly the end of the month. This is a common occurrence when Apple is about to refresh a product. It isn’t a surefire way of knowing that something is coming, however. As a refresher, Apple is expected to begin transitioning the Mac lineup to the M4 family of chips this month, starting with the 14″ and 16″ variants of the MacBook Pro, the 24" iMac, and the Mac mini.
