macOS Sequoia 15.5 Beta 2: What's New and Exciting for Developers

macOS Sequoia 15.5 Beta 2 Now Available for Developers
Apple has released the second developer beta of macOS Sequoia 15.5, continuing the beta testing cycle that began in early April with beta 1. As of now, the update lacks significant new features or noticeable changes. Notably, it does not include Priority Notifications or recipes in the News app, which were absent from the initial public release of macOS 15.4.
While the current beta remains primarily focused on bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements, there are likely more betas to come before the final public release. The absence of major features might be due to the upcoming unveiling of macOS 16 in June, which is expected to bring a new design. Users can still participate in the beta testing process and report any findings or changes they discover.
