Max Revamps Google TV App with Sleek Side Panel Menu and Fresh Features

Max streaming service introduces a familiar side panel menu in its latest Google TV redesign, enhancing user navigation.

Max, a streaming service originally derived from HBO Max, is undergoing significant visual updates across multiple platforms, including Google TV. The primary change involves the removal of the top-screen menu in favor of a side panel interface that is more commonly found among other streaming applications. This update introduces new sections such as 'What’s New' and 'Categories,' while relocating the 'My Stuff' section to the top-left corner of the screen. The 'News' feature remains in beta testing. Although the redesign isn't drastically different, it aims to improve user navigation. The updated app is being rolled out gradually over the coming weeks or months.
