Mix It Up: Apple Music Brings DJ Capabilities to the Masses with Exciting New Integrations

Apple Music is expanding its reach into the DJ world with a new integration that allows DJs to create mixes using the platform's extensive catalog, alongside a dedicated section for DJ-friendly content.

Apple has announced a new integration that allows DJs to create mixes using the Apple Music catalog through popular DJ software and hardware platforms such as AlphaTheta, Serato, Engine DJ, Denon DJ, Numark, RANE DJ, and Algoriddim’s djay Pro. This move expands on the success of the Apple Music DJ Mixes launch in September 2021, which established Apple Music as a leading platform for premium DJ mixes. The integration aims to enhance the creative workflow for DJs by providing seamless access to Apple Music's extensive library. In addition to this, a new 'DJ with Apple Music' category page has been launched within the Apple Music app, featuring editorial playlists and curator pages for each supported DJ software and hardware.
