Apple TV+ Unveils Release Date for 'Murderbot'

Apple TV+ has announced the release date for its upcoming sci-fi comedic thriller, Murderbot. The 10-episode first season will premiere on May 16, with the first two episodes available on that day and subsequent episodes releasing weekly until July 11.

About 'Murderbot'

Murderbot is based on Martha Wells' Hugo and Nebula Award-winning book series The Murderbot Diaries. The show stars Alexander Skarsgård as a self-hacking security construct who, despite being repulsed by human emotions, finds himself drawn to his vulnerable clients. Murderbot must navigate its dangerous assignment while concealing its free will and indulging in futuristic soap operas.
