Netflix Series Finally Make Their Way to Apple TV App

Netflix titles are finally making their way into the Apple TV app, offering a more unified viewing experience on the platform.

Netflix Titles Start Appearing in Apple TV App

After years of resistance, Netflix has begun integrating some of its titles into the Apple TV app. Users with Apple TV 4K set-top boxes in the US have noticed that selected Netflix series, including 'Squid Game,' are now appearing in sections like 'Continue Watching' and 'Watchlist.' This integration is currently limited to the US and only works for newer Apple TV models released since late 2015.

Apple has long aimed to make its TV app a comprehensive hub for all streaming content, but Netflix's refusal to participate had been a significant hurdle. The change comes without any official announcement from either company, leaving questions about whether the entire Netflix catalog will eventually be available in the Apple TV app.

While full integration may still be limited, this move suggests a potential thawing of relations between Apple and Netflix, potentially enhancing the user experience by centralizing streaming content within a single app.
