New 24-inch iMac with M4 Chip: Faster Performance and Nano-Texture Glass Option
Apple has updated its 24-inch iMac with the M4 chip, offering a performance increase from the M3 version. The new model retains similar aesthetics to its predecessor but touts faster performance claims from Apple. It offers up to a 2.1x performance boost for gaming and photo editing compared to the M1 iMac. Available in two configurations, starting with an 8-core CPU and GPU which can max out at 10 cores each, the base model includes 16GB of memory (upgradable to 32GB), and storage options from 256GB up to 2TB. The screen is now available with a nano-texture glass option.
