Apple has released new beta firmware for the AirPods Pro 2 ahead of its upcoming Hearing Health feature release in iOS 18.1.

The update carries build number 7B5013d and was accidentally shipped to the public initially.

The features include a hearing test, hearing protection, media assist and functioning as a hearing aid.
