New macOS Sequoia Attack Bypasses Gatekeeper with Terminal Drag-and-Drop Trick
Cybersecurity researchers have identified a new attack vector that bypasses Gatekeeper in macOS Sequoia by tricking users into dragging and dropping malicious code (via a .txt file) directly into the Terminal. This method is more trivial for people to do over a simple right-click, and it remains to be seen if cybercriminals will stick with this or if it's just a one-off malware product test.
