Nostalgia Hits Your Phone: Windows XP’s Classic ‘3D Pinball Space Cadet’ Now Free on Android
The iconic pinball game from the Windows XP era, '3D Pinball Space Cadet,' has been ported to Android by developer Kyle Sylvertre. The game is now available on the Google Play Store and is completely free with no ads or in-app purchases. Optimized for touchscreens, it features intuitive controls where the left and right sides of the display act as triggers, and there's also a ball launcher. The game supports 18 languages, runs in portrait mode, and is less than 5MB in size. It integrates with Google Play Games for a leaderboard to track high scores, though cheats are disabled to maintain the leaderboard's integrity. The developer has hinted that cheats might return in future updates with an option to disable the leaderboard.
