The Pixel Weather app, which was announced with the October 2024 (Feature) Drop, is now widely rolling out to Pixel 6 and newer devices, including tablets. Users can update the com.google.android.apps.weather background service through Google Play Store and access features such as local backgrounds reflecting current conditions, customizable weather data cards, a precipitation map, and pollen count for select countries. The app also offers personalized notifications and units.
