Apple is set to launch the Heart Month Challenge on Valentine’s Day, February 14, for Apple Watch users. The challenge encourages participants to close their Exercise ring by completing 30 minutes of exercise on that day to earn a special award and unlock unique stickers.

How to Adjust Your Exercise Goal:

  1. Open the Fitness App: Go to the Fitness app on your iPhone.
  2. Select Activity Rings: Tap on the Activity rings, then tap next to the Exercise ring.
  3. Adjust Goal: Choose between 'Adjust Goal for Today' to set a temporary goal or 'Adjust Goal Schedule' to customize by the day of the week.
  4. Set Your Goal: Use the slider to increase or decrease the exercise duration as needed.
  5. Confirm Changes: Tap 'Change Exercise Goal for Today' or 'Set Exercise Goal Schedule' to finalize your settings.
