The GSMA Association has finalized the Universal Profile 2.7 for Rich Communication Services (RCS), which introduces several new features to enhance messaging experiences across Android and iPhone devices. The update, known as 'Extended Messaging,' includes support for replies, reactions (including custom reactions), message editing, recalling, and deletion.
