Google had previewed using Gemini to generate natural language descriptions of events captured in a video by a Nest camera, with the functionality set to launch later this year before a broader release in 2025. However, Ring has launched the functionality first with 'Smart Video Search' rolling out in public beta to Ring owners starting today.
