RoboCop: Rogue City Coming to Mac

'RoboCop: Rogue City,' the first-person shooter based on the iconic 'RoboCop' films, is set for release on the Mac App Store on April 30, 2025. Initially announced at WWDC 2024, the game has been in relative silence until now. The title offers players a unique blend of brutal combat and investigative gameplay as they take on the role of Alex Murphy, also known as RoboCop, to clean up Old Detroit from crime and corruption.

Set between 'RoboCop 2' and 'RoboCop 3,' the game features the signature Auto-9 pistol and enhanced crimefighting abilities of the legendary robotic cop. Players will need to interrogate suspects, engage in intense firefights, and maintain a balance between reducing crime and managing public perception.

The game is already available on PS5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S, where it has received positive reviews with scores of 70+ according to Metacritic. Mac users can preorder 'RoboCop: Rogue City' for $69.99, requiring a Mac with an M1 chip or newer and macOS Sonoma or later.
