Samsung Care+ to Offer Free Screen Repairs for Galaxy Devices Starting January 2025
Samsung Care+ subscribers will be eligible for zero dollar screen repairs starting January 15, 2025, covering damages to the front screen and back glass.
Samsung has announced that its Care+ extended warranty service will start to include free screen repairs for Galaxy devices starting in January 2025. This new perk, called "Zero Dollar Screen Repairs", will be an automatic addition for subscribers and includes mail-in, walk-in, and repairs at stores. It covers the front screen and back glass but does not include folding displays on Galaxy Z Fold and Flip devices. This benefit will only apply to the "Care+ with Theft and Loss" plan, which is the more expensive option.
