Samsung Keeps S Pen Price Steady at $50 Despite Bluetooth Cut

Summary Samsung continues to charge $49.99 for a replacement S Pen for the Galaxy S25 Ultra, despite removing Bluetooth functionality from the pen. This decision has sparked dissatisfaction among some users, leading to an online petition with over 6,000 signatures demanding the restoration of the feature. Samsung justifies the price by noting that less than 1% of users actually utilized the Bluetooth capabilities in previous models. The company has confirmed that a new Bluetooth-enabled S Pen will not be available for the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is now available, and the replacement S Pen can be pre-ordered in 'Black,' 'Light Gray,' and 'Light Silver' color options. Despite the removal of some costly features, the price remains unchanged from the previous generation's S Pen, which did include Bluetooth.
