Samsung's One UI 7 Beta 3 for Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6
Samsung has released the third beta version of One UI 7 for its 2024 Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, just a week after Beta 2 and less than a month after the initial beta. The update includes several new features and improvements:
- Gemini Shortcut: Users can now change their default assistant from Bixby to Google Gemini by long-pressing the power/side button.
- Call Recording Summaries: The feature provides summaries of recorded calls, enhancing usability.
- Audio Eraser: This tool allows users to remove unwanted noise from audio recordings.
- Natural Language Search in Settings: Users can now search settings using natural language queries for easier navigation.
The update also brings the April 2025 security patch and is approximately 1GB in size. It is expected to be one of the last beta releases before the official rollout, which is set to begin on April 7 in Korea and April 10 in the US. Additionally, Samsung has restored the April 10 release date for One UI 7 in the US.
