This capacity aligns with previous rumors and is attributed to the device's ultra-thin profile of just 5.84mm. Despite this thin design, other brands have demonstrated the possibility of fitting larger batteries into similarly slim devices; for example, Tecno’s Spark Slim features a 5,200 mAh battery in a 5.75mm thick device. The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to support 25W charging and launch in mid-April 2025. Additional details include a rumored price of around $1,000 and a weight of 162g.
