Samsung has updated several models of its Galaxy Watch series with its One UI 6 software, based on Google's Wear OS 5. The updates bring enhancements to health tracking and sleep management, including a new Energy Score and Sleep Apnea feature. The rollout started with the Galaxy Watch 7 and has since expanded to other devices.

Samsung has begun updating its Galaxy Watch models with One UI 6, which is based on Google's Wear OS 5. The update was first introduced for the Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra, and has since entered beta phase for other Galaxy Watch models. The new software brings enhancements to health tracking and sleep management, including a new Energy Score and Sleep Apnea feature. Samsung has started rolling out updates for additional devices such as the Galaxy Watch 6 series, Galaxy Watch 5 series, and Galaxy Watch FE; however, the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 4 Classic still only have access to the beta version of One UI 6. Unfortunately, the Galaxy Watch 3 will not receive any new One UI versions.
