September Update for Chromecast with Google TV Rolling Out

The September Chromecast with Google TV update is rolling out, bringing the Android security patch level to September 2024 and various bug fixes and performance improvements. The update is smaller than the previous one at 83.01 MB and is still based on Android 12. This is the seventh update in ten months for the device.
