Sony Headphones & Earbuds Get Find My Device Network, App Updates with Material 3 Design

Sony is updating its lineup of headphones and earbuds with support for Google's Find My Device network. The update is rolling out now to the Sony WH-1000XM5, WF-1000XM5, and LinkBuds S models. The devices will also receive an 'Auto Switch' feature that allows them to seamlessly switch between linked devices. In addition to these updates, Sony has rebranded its Headphones Connect companion app as Sound Connect, bringing with it a Material 3 bottom bar and other interface changes.
