CalDigit's new Element 5 hub offers three Thunderbolt 5 ports and five USB-A and USB-C ports, all with high-speed data transfer and power delivery, making it a compact powerhouse for your Mac.

CalDigit has released a new Element 5 hub that features three Thunderbolt 5 ports, which are backwards compatible with Thunderbolt 3 and 4, and can drive two monitors up to 8K 60Hz. The hub also includes three USB-A ports and two USB-C ports, all capable of transferring data at 10 gigabytes per second and supplying power to attached devices. It comes with a compact 180W power supply unit that provides consistent 90W charging to the host computer, plus 15W from the Thunderbolt 5 ports. The Element 5 hub is available now in the US for $250.
