Apple has now launched its Tap to Pay on iPhone service in both Egypt and Chile, making a total of 20 countries that have received the feature since it started in 2022.

Apple has expanded its Tap to Pay on iPhone service to Egypt and Chile, bringing the total number of countries with access to the feature to 20 since it launched in 2022. The rollout has been slow, but the addition of these two countries follows closely behind its launch in the United Arab Emirates. Tap to Pay allows merchants to accept payments without a separate contactless device.
