Apple announced that Tap to Pay on iPhone is expanding to five new countries across Europe: Austria, Czech Republic, Ireland, Romania and Sweden. The feature allows businesses to use an iPhone as a contactless terminal for accepting payments from customers using their contactless card or iPhone/Watch. Tap to Pay on iPhone works with credit and debit cards from major payment networks like American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
