Minecraft Dungeons 2 is set to expand the franchise's reach with a broad release planned for later this year across multiple platforms. The sequel will reportedly launch on PC via Xbox and Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series consoles, and will notably support both the original Nintendo Switch and the upcoming Switch 2. Following the trend of major Microsoft-adjacent releases, the game is also slated for a day-one arrival on Xbox Game Pass, bringing its signature cooperative hack-and-slash gameplay to a massive existing subscriber base.
