TikTok Trend Falsely Claims iOS Photos Widget Reveals Who Viewed Your Messages

A TikTok trend makes a false claim that the iOS Photos widget shows who is reading your messages, but this simply isn't true

A recent TikTok trend falsely claims that the iOS Photos widget can display who is reading your messages and viewing your photos. The claim, made by user Saturnasafather (Nate Michael Limon), is not based in reality and has no evidence to support it. The Photos widget in iOS 18.2 simply displays images from a user's photo library, either from Memories and Featured Photos or a specific album set by the user. There are no outside forces influencing what images are shown in the widget.
