Token Damages Awarded in Latest Apple vs Masimo Legal Battle

A Delaware jury has found Masimo guilty of infringing Apple's Apple Watch patents on health technology. The jury awarded Apple the legal minimum in damages of $250, finding that only older smartwatch models which are no longer sold had infringed. Masimo said the verdict was 'a victory' as Apple primarily sought an injunction against current products.
