These postponements come amid broader concerns about the future of workers' rights under the new leadership at the NLRB. The previous general counsel, Jennifer Abruzzo, was fired by President Trump earlier in 2025, and her temporary replacement, William Cowen, has already rescinded several of her policy decisions.
