Two Visionary Concepts Reimagine the Future of iOS 19

Concepts Explore What the iOS 19 Interface Might Look Like
Designers have been creating concepts of what the iOS 19 interface might look like, with many drawing inspiration from Apple's visionOS. Pedro Lopes imagines a slight redesign with more depth and shadows in elements like notifications, the Dock, and Control Center. Buttons such as the share option float on the screen, and there’s a slightly rounded keyboard. Minimal Nerd envisions a translucent background for apps, similar to visionOS, which integrates with the real world.
According to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, iOS 19 will be 'the biggest revamp since iOS 7' with a new design language and aesthetic tweaks inspired by visionOS. Jon Prosser claims that icons will have a rounder shape, menus and elements will shimmer, and system apps will have a new floating Tab View. The WWDC 2025 artwork also suggests a glass-like, depth-filled design.
Apple is set to announce iOS 19 on June 9 at the WWDC 2025 opening keynote.
