Unlock Your Memories with Gemini’s New Google Photos Integration

The Gemini app is introducing a new integration with Google Photos, enhancing its capabilities on both Android and iOS devices. Users can now search for photos and videos based on specific criteria such as faces, relationships, location, date, and descriptions. For example, users can find photos of 'Alex' or 'landscapes,' or recall details from events like 'Lena’s birthday parties.' Additionally, the integration allows users to drag and drop photos directly into other apps (on Android) and access more detailed information within their conversations with Gemini. The feature is being rolled out gradually to a select group of invited users, similar to the Ask Photos integration that entered testing last year.
