A recent update to Google Play services now allows users to see how much data the various features within the service are using. To access this information, users can navigate to the App info page for Google Play services in their device settings, go to Mobile data usage, and then App settings. The data usage breakdown includes device connections, system management, system diagnostics, security, wallet, developer features, contacts, ads safety, fitness, account management, support, autofill with Google, and location sharing. This new feature provides more transparency regarding how much data is being consumed by each of these services on an Android device.
