Unveiled: The All-White Transformation of HomePod Mini’s Packaging

Apple has refurbished the HomePod mini with a sleek new all-white box, setting the stage for anticipated updates later this year.

Apple Updates HomePod Mini Packaging

Apple has quietly updated the packaging for the HomePod mini, switching from colored boxes that matched the speaker's color to a new all-white design. The update includes a prominent Apple logo on top and a stylized HomePod mini logo on the side. This change aligns with the recent packaging of the HomePod 2, which also features a uniform white box regardless of the device color. The exact reason for this change is unclear, especially given rumors that a new generation of the HomePod mini is expected to be released later this year. Additionally, Apple has previously made subtle changes to the HomePod mini, such as replacing the space gray version with a midnight variant in July last year. The current HomePod mini is priced at $99 in the US, while the larger HomePod 2 costs $299.
