Western Digital Unveils 26TB HDDs: Revolutionizing Storage for Pros and NAS Users
Western Digital has introduced new high-capacity 26TB HDDs designed for creative professionals and NAS environments. The lineup includes several storage solutions such as the 208TB G-RAID Shuttle 8, 104TB G-RAID Shuttle 4, 52TB G-RAID Project 2, 26TB G-Drive Project, and 26TB G-Drive. These drives are built to support high-intensity workloads for video production, photography, and professional content creation, offering high-speed performance and durability. Additionally, Western Digital launched the 26TB WD Red Pro HDD for NAS systems, optimized for 24/7 multi-user environments with a 2.5 million-hour MTBF rating and RAID optimization. The products will be showcased at the NAB Show in Las Vegas from April 6-9.
